A warm welcome to all who are interested in exchanging ideas and experiences, making new friends and supporting each other as we explore how a diagnosis can impact on our lives.

This will be a friendly, informal session where we can meet others, share our experiences with osteoporosis, and find out about the support and resources available right here in Cumbria
There is parking nearby at Abbot Hall, Dowker’s Lane and next to the Ski Slope and two central multi-storeys.
